Raspberry hued pink in colour. The aroma has subtle berry notes and hints of tropical fruit. There is even a whisper of strawberry & cream lollies.
A cacophony hits the front palate, some generous fruity berry notes, but still with the Prosecco spritzy, fresh pear and melon notes. The palate is full and generous but overall the impression is fruity rather than sweet. The mid palate fades as it lingers to give way to a crisp finish. The crisp acid zing cleanses the palate and leaves you ready for another sip.
SERVING TEMPERATURE These sparkling wines are made to be served cold – less than 4 C. Store for 48 hours in a domestic fridge prior to opening or leave in wet ice for 4-6 hours.
