Sparkling Seafood Degustation Luncheon

Experience a culinary journey like no other at our Sparkling Seafood Degustation Luncheon, a collaboration between Peterson House, Restaurant Cuvee and Red Funnel Food Distributors.


Begin with a chef’s selection of canapés on arrival, perfectly complemented by a glass of Peterson House Sparkling Prosecco. After canapés, guests will be seated to enjoy freshly baked breads, setting the stage for the main event: four exquisite courses, each focused on the finest seafood provided by Red Funnel Food Distributors. For our fifth course, indulge in a delightful sweet treat, rounding off the meal on a high note.


Each course will be paired with premium sparkling wines from Peterson House, designed to elevate the flavours of each dish.


Throughout the luncheon, you’ll hear from Red Funnel representatives George & Julie, as well as our Peterson House cellar door team, who will provide insight into the perfect wine pairings. Executive Chef Chad Pridue and Executive Sous Chef Ivy Honeysett will also share their inspiration behind each dish, offering an insider’s view into the creative process of this elegant dining experience.

Renowned for our famous Bubbly Breakfast, Restaurant Cuvee is the perfect spot to start your day with a hearty country breakfast, and a glass of our bubbles. 


“In wine we refer to Cuvee as being a blend of different grapes, or grapes from a different vintage. In food we can also refer to Cuvee as the blend of old with new; sweet with sour; smooth with crisp.” 


From a quick bite between tastings, to a long, leisurely lunch, our menu is designed to provide something for all guests. 


A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and a surcharge of 15% applies on Public Holidays

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS


Groups of 12 adults or more are required to be on our group set menu. We are able to accommodate up to 35 people maximum for large group bookings. If your group is 30 adults or more you will be required to go on an alternate drop menu of two choices. 
Breakfast = $38.00pp 

Lunch = $74.00pp (two-course) or $87.50pp (three-course)

We do offer a kids menu.

To secure this booking we will need to process a pre-authorisation holding fee of $20pp. If you would like to cancel your booking you will need to notify the restaurant in writing of cancellation no later than 48 hours before the booking. We do understand that in COVID times that we are aware this may affect this policy.

Please note our restaurant policy is NO SPLIT BILLS and do recommend the organiser inform all guests attending to either bring cash with them on the day or nominate one person to pay and transfer funds to that account.
