Light golden green in colour. The aroma is a blend of citrus and pears. The nose is crisp and fresh.
The crunchy fresh pears upfront pervade the front palate. The sugar dosage comes through in the mid-palate and gives a hint of stonefruit, nectarines and peaches.
As it lingers there is touch of lemon essence or lemon meringue tart which fills the mouth.
The finish is light, crisp and has a subtle citrus hint. This is well suited to Chicken, shellfish or seafood in a rich sauce. The clean acid finish will refresh the palate
