Cancellation Policy

Restaurant Cuvee asks organisers to provide a deposit of $150 for breakfast bookings and $250 for lunch bookings for all bookings greater than 12 adult guests. 

We do process a deposit via credit card or direct transfer into our company accounts to secure the booking. 

However should you need to cancel your reservation you must give at least 48 hrs notice to the Restaurant. 

Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the original deposit taken. Failure to arrive for your booking on the day without providing notification to the Restaurant will also incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the original deposit taken. 

All reservations made at Restaurant Cuvee must be confirmed prior to the booking. We will endeavour to contact you, however should we be unable to reach you, please call us to confirm your booking.
