The aroma bursts with fresh citrus – lemon and grapefruit zest – layered with subtle bready, yeasty notes that hint at its time spent on lees.
On the palate, the zesty citrus continues to take centre stage, delivering a bold and refreshing opening. As the wine moves across the mid-palate, delicate complexity emerges – fresh-baked bread and a touch of nuttiness adding texture and depth. The finish is long and vibrant, with lingering citrus acidity and a whisper of ripe peach.
