This wine is made from the traditional sparkling wine varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
After an initial impression of fresh citrus notes, the extended contact with the yeast lees becomes apparent.
A creamy texture on the mid palate could be likened to almonds or nougat. The berry notes are developed and subtle as are the citrus tones.
