Scoring an impressive 93 points, this accolade places our Blanc de Blanc at the very top of its class among 21 NSW wines from the 2021 vintage — a moment of immense pride for the Peterson family and our entire team.

The Real Review described the wine as light yellow with a vigorous mousse, showcasing fresh, clean aromas of herbal chardonnay, dried flowers, and iced pastries, with a touch of toasty, biscuity development. On the palate, it shines with bright, vibrant acidity, excellent depth of flavour and a super-clean, refreshing finish with low dosage and a beautifully appetising aftertaste.

Crafted in the heart of Pokolbin and inspired by the great sparkling ‘maisons’ of Champagne, this wine perfectly reflects our passion for premium Australian sparkling.
