The front palate has a blend of citrus and strawberries which give a fresh inviting introduction.
Berry fruits in the mid-palate persist but for a relatively young wine the yeast characters of baked bread and biscotti are quite prominent and add lovely depth.
As the wine lingers some crisp & crunchy green apple acid notes start to emerge and give a clean and satisfying finish, which cleans the palate for the next sip.
Light to medium intensity seafood and white meat dishes. A great aperitif.

Store for 24 hours in a domestic fridge prior to opening or leave in wet ice for 2-3 hours.
